Hookedblog caught up with two visiting Australian artists yesterday evening for a quick chat and some beers. While on route to the pub, we bumped into Colombian street artist StinkFish and Mexican artist Buytronic who were both working on two new walls just off Brick Lane next to the former Shoreditch Underground Station.





Stinkfish and Buytronic have been in town since the launch of Maximilliano Ruiz's 'Nuevo Mundo: Latin American Street Art' book at Pictures On Walls earlier last month. Both artists are featured in the book and their visit has seen them hitting the streets of East London hard with various works. We have previous featured some of the other Stinkfish pieces he has been putting up, which included large scale stencils, roller tags and a number of paste-ups. Buytronic has also been busy with this large scale T-Rex past-up being one of our favorites.
