It's that time of year of again when the art world descend on London for various art fairs across the city. Now in its seventh year Moniker Art Fair returns this week on October 6th — 9th to the iconic Old Truman Brewery in London’s Shoreditch. Building on the foundations of six years experience and continued success, it has firmly established itself as one of London’s premiere event for contemporary art, with its roots embedded in urban / street culture.
Amongst exhibits from 21 galleries across the globe, Moniker Art Fair 2016 will be displaying works from Jeff Gillette who has been hailed as the inspiration for Banksy’s ‘Dismaland’ theme park and uPop Contemporary who work to create opportunities for young street artists from Pakistan and Iran. This will be the first time these artists have exhibited in the UK.
