Earlier this week saw Brisbane-based muralist Fintan Magee finish work on his second large-scale mural since he landed in London.

The first mural was painted in Dalston, East London last week (photos to follow), and the second mural work pictured here was painted on a 5 story building wall located in the yard to the back of The Foundry building on Rivington Street which is now the location of our friends at Alternative London. The large-scale wall previously featured the work of Sheffield-based illustrator and artist Joe Peel who spent one month back in March painting a stop-motion animation across the wall for her 3-minute Pipe Dreams film.
A number of other artists were line-up by Alternative London to paint the space and for whatever reasons dropped out, so this stunning wall refresh from Magee was long overdue.
Spending over a week working on this fight scene mural entitled "Survival", the artist now hopes to paint some additional collaborative walls with some London artists before heading back to Australia. Check back soon for updates!
